1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Polar Block Sales Inc, d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois in Illinois located at 3307 W. Farmington Road, Peoria, IL 61604 and by Polar Block Sales Inc, d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities located in Iowa at 250 Research Pkwy, Davenport, IA 52806 and by Polar Block Sales Inc, d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Greater Des Moines in Iowa located at 225 S 11th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265 (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements below:

The sweepstakes winner will be required to provide proof of age, identity, homeownership, and residency to verify eligibility. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00a.m. CT on August 1, 2026 (Start Date) and ends at 11:59p.m. CT on July 31, 2027 (End Date) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by completing one of the following methods:

Mail-In Entry: Hand print your name, address, telephone number and email on a 3x5 card and mail it to:

In Person: Fill out an entry form and put the form in the drop box at the location where the entry form was made available.

All entries must be received or postmarked by the End Date of the Sweepstakes Period. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF METHOD.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries that are received in the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for any illegible, incomplete, misplaced, damaged, or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as the prize winner.

By submitting an entry, an entrant acknowledges and confirms they own a home within Sponsor’s defined sales territory. Entries for homes outside Sponsor’s defined sales territory shall be disqualified. Sponsor cannot install at commercial structures.

5. Prize & Acceptance Conditions

There is only one (1) prize; the grand prize of up to $30,000 in replacement windows, including materials and installation, provided by Sponsor. The prize has no cash value and is not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Additional prize conditions include:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $30,000.

All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is not transferable by the prize winner and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Sponsor or its designated contractor. Installation is subject to Sponsor’s general terms and conditions and standard installation guidelines. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this sweepstakes or disqualify any entry in good faith without notice at any time. The prize winner will be notified by phone call. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes, by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of this sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of this sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in any manner without notice.

The winner’s residence must be in suitable condition (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage). Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as the Sponsor or its designees decide in their sole discretion) must be performed at the winner's expense prior to installation. No transfers, substitution in prizes, or cash will be allowed. Upon the completion of installation of the prize, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the prize winner and the prize winner assumes full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Sponsor will arrange for installation/delivery of the prize based on current wait times and business operations.

6. Iowa Prize Notice Compliance (Iowa Code §714B)

This Sweepstakes constitutes a “prize notice” under Iowa Code §714B. The following disclosures are provided as required by Iowa law:

a. No Purchase Required: No purchase, payment, or expenditure is required to enter or win. A free method of entry is available and disclosed in Section 4.

b. Prize Description and Value: The prize consists of up to $30,000 in replacement windows, including materials and installation. ARV: $30,000.

c. Odds of Winning: Odds depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase increases odds.

d. Costs to Claim or Use Prize: There are no costs or fees required to claim the prize. The winner may be responsible for taxes, permits, or home-specific preparation or repair costs if required for safe and legal installation.

e. Restrictions & Conditions: In addition to the acceptance conditions in Section 5:

f. No Sales Presentation Required: Sponsor does not require entrants or the winner to attend any sales presentation or demonstration.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone call within 7 business days of the date of the drawing. The winner must respond within 14 calendar days and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted). Failure to respond to or complete required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

By entering into this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees all disputes, claims, or controversies (hereafter referred to as a "Claim") arising under or relating to this sweepstakes, including the validity or enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be subject to binding arbitration to be determined by one (1) arbitrator, in accordance with and pursuant to the then prevailing Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), to be held and arbitrated in the judicial district in which the entrant lives at the time of his or her entering into this sweepstakes. Each entrant agrees that he or she will not assert a Claim on behalf of, or as a member of, any group or class. The findings of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own fees and costs. This agreement to arbitrate, and any award or verdict will be specifically enforceable under the prevailing law of any court having jurisdiction. Notice of the demand for arbitration will be filed by the party asserting the Claim with AAA. The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the Claim in question has arisen, and in no event shall any such demand be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such Claim would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Any arbitration proceeding and any award or verdict shall remain confidential between the parties and shall not be made public.
